  • Identify the root cause of design, manufacturing, or reliability issues and develop cross-functional solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience designing products and their mechanical components, such as plastic or metal parts, mechanical assemblies, printed circuit boards, or flexes.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience building and maintaining complex 3D CAD models in Solidworks.
  • Experience using PLM software.
  • Strong analytic problem-solving skills using engineering fundamentals and first-principle thinking.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to work in diverse and co-located teams.
  • Experience conceptualizing, designing, and carrying through to production tightly packaged consumer electronics in high production volumes.
  • Experience working with audio and acoustic applications is a plus.
  • Passion for audio or video creation is a plus.
