Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide nursing interventions, assigning related tasks to team members as needed
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring effective communication and coordination
  • Deliver clinical education to patients, families, and staff, promoting evidence-based practice and best outcomes
Requirements
  • Current valid California RN license
  • BSN or MSN degree
  • BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • ACLS certification from the American Heart Association, or obtained within 6 months of hire
  • 1 year of previous Acute Care RN Telemetry experience
