Your role will encompass performing procedures in accordance with departmental protocols while strictly following established radiation safety standards. As a Radiologic Technician, you will deliver direct patient care to individuals across all age groups, ensuring exceptional service by treating each patient with dignity and respect, and thoroughly explaining the examination process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct imaging procedures in a Radiology department within a healthcare facility.
  • Adhere to attendance and punctuality standards set by the organization.
  • Fulfill all job responsibilities in alignment with the organization's core values, mission, and vision.
  • Execute all job functions in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
  • Stay informed and maintain current knowledge in your area of expertise through ongoing self-education and participation in educational initiatives.
  • Attend staff meetings, mandatory training sessions, and complete competency evaluations in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in providing care to patients of all ages, considering their individual needs based on age, sex, and weight.
  • Utilize appropriate protective clothing and equipment as required.
  • Possess a Vocational / Technical Degree in Radiologic Technology (Required).
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSURES:
  • Certified Radiography (R)(ARRT).

  • Availability for scheduling as required, including potential overtime.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

To effectively perform the duties of this role, you must possess:
