Salary InformationThe estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package reflects the value we place on attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.
About the RoleThis role involves enhancing professional practice and quality patient care through evidence-based educational programs and activities. You will work collaboratively with the Director of Clinical Professional Development to develop, coordinate, manage, facilitate, conduct, and evaluate onboarding and orientation programs for nursing and other healthcare personnel.
- You will participate in the development of educational activities to address practice gaps and promote employee retention.
- You will collaborate with the Director to adjust programs based on evaluation results.
- You will design and identify educational content delivery that encourages learner engagement and promotes continuous learning.

RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. A Master's Degree in a relevant field is preferred, as is 3+ years' experience in an acute care setting. You should also have 2+ years' experience in clinical education and be currently licensed as an RN in the state of practice.
