Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, answering questions and making recommendations on seafood products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized seafood department, including stocking shelves, rotating inventory, and ensuring that all products are properly labeled and priced.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Participate in inventory management, including ordering and receiving seafood products, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Stay up-to-date on seafood products, including new arrivals, promotions, and sales.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
