This role is crucial in fostering collaboration among various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Engage in all stages of the construction process, including estimating, procurement of subcontractors, scheduling, budget management, and project closeout.
  • Work closely with the Project Management Team to synchronize resources, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Assist in addressing unexpected challenges that may occur during the construction phase.
  • Advocate for and ensure compliance with safety standards and practices on-site.
  • Help monitor project milestones and maintain adherence to timelines.
  • Support the oversight of project financials and budgetary constraints.

Communication & Documentation:

  • Provide support to the Project Management Team through participation in project meetings, documenting minutes, and tracking material deliveries.
  • Ensure the accurate maintenance and distribution of project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and status updates.
  • Facilitate clear communication among project team members, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline; or equivalent technical training/experience.
  • Basic technical proficiency in interpreting architectural and MEP drawings along with relevant contract documents.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Highly organized with a focus on efficiency.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and familiarity with Procore is preferred.
