We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our team at Koniag Government Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the movement of records and files within our underground storage facility.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the receipt, storage, and retrieval of records and files
- Operate a variety of equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform physical tasks, such as lifting and carrying heavy objects, climbing ladders, and pushing/pulling carts
- Work effectively in a team environment to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum two years of experience in a warehouse or records management environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a government background security clearance check
This position is located in an underground storage facility that spans over 300,000 square feet. The incumbent will be required to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks. The incumbent must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds repetitively.
