Job Summary

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and qualified Occupational Therapist to support the educational goals and developmental needs of students within a reputable school district in Peoria, AZ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to students as per their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) or 504 plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs and progress.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.
Requirements
  • Valid Arizona state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
