Highly Skilled Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner for Inpatient and Outpatient Care in Brooklyn, NY

At Allied Digestive Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our physicians in a beautiful office setting, providing exceptional patient care and management.
Job Summary:
As a Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing patient health problems and coordinating healthcare delivery in collaboration with physicians. You must have prior experience in gastroenterology, possess a current NY license, and be skilled in EMR and Telehealth. This role includes both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, emphasizing patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient health problems and coordinate healthcare delivery in collaboration with physicians
- Provide exceptional patient care and management in inpatient and outpatient settings
- Assess patients' health status, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Implement treatment plans and evaluate patient status and clinical management
Requirements:
We require a Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with MUST HAVE GASTROENTEROLOGY EXPERIENCE FOR THIS ROLE. You must also have Current Licensure NY in good standing, Current DEA certificate, Proficient in EMR and Telehealth required, and At least 3-5 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner. Bi-Lingual Russian or Ukrainian is a plus.
