As a Clinical Nurse 2, you will be part of a dynamic team that collaborates with top clinical, technical, and business professionals across all disciplines to provide the highest level of care to patients.

Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse 2 is a registered nurse who practices as a full partner on the healthcare team, consistently demonstrating safe practice within the organizational professional practice model.

This role requires the nurse to possess the knowledge, skills, and attitude to effectively meet standards for competent professional nursing practice as specified in the Clinical Nurse 2 position description addendum.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide patient care through the application of the nursing process and accept accountability for the nursing care of assigned patients.
  2. Work closely with the interprofessional healthcare team to facilitate the coordination of care across the continuum.
  3. Seek feedback in assuming leadership roles and provide feedback for improved clinical practice.
  4. Comply with all regulations and standards of regulatory and accrediting bodies.
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
  • RN or RN-NJ or RN-DE licensure
  • Car insurance and a valid driver's license
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science degree
  • BSN from an accredited school of nursing or equivalent experience
