Key Responsibilities

As a Meat Associate, you'll be responsible for receiving deliveries, breaking down loads, and rotating cooler stock. You'll also weigh, price, and label products, as well as stock cases and select products for display. Additionally, you'll prepare valued-added products, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of sanitation and food safety.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations. You'll also need to meet the ergonomic and physical requirements for the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Working Conditions

This role requires working in a cold environment, with shift hours varying between 4 hours and more depending on business needs. You'll need to be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand for 55% of the time, and walk for 45% of the time.
