Key Responsibilities- Assist with medication administration and documentation in accordance with regulations and protocol.
- Perform vital signs and monitoring as ordered and instructed.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Follow established safety regulations and report any changes in resident condition to the Wellness Director.
- Assist in the coordination of effective communication among Resident Assistants, residents, and families.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Medication Tech Certification required.
