About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hospice and Palliative Care Physician to join our team at Health First, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • As an independent contractor, you will work closely with our support staff to provide high-quality patient care.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of 100+ patients in Brevard County, working closely with a team of three physicians.
  • Our ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and a willingness to work collaboratively with our team.
  • As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on delivering compassionate and patient-centered care.
  • We are seeking a board-certified physician with experience in hospice and palliative care, internal medicine, family practice, or geriatrics.
  • The successful candidate will be eligible for an unrestricted medical license in Florida or currently hold an active DEA license.
  • We offer a competitive stipend for this position, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
  • Board certification in a relevant specialty, such as Hospice and Palliative Care, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Geriatrics.
  • Eligibility for an unrestricted medical license in Florida or current active DEA license.
  • Experience working in a hospice and palliative care setting.
