Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and seat diners comfortably in the dining section, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere.
  • Take and deliver orders, suggesting dishes and answering questions to provide a satisfactory customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt and correct delivery of orders.
  • Memorize the menu and recommend appetizers, meals, and drinks from our restaurant wine stock.
  • Deliver a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers, and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant.
  • Set tables and rearrange the dining area to accommodate larger groups and prepare the restaurant for special events.
  • Ensure cooking utensils and kitchen area are cleaned after closing to comply with state regulations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service knowledge and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong memorization skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Knowledge of food and drink menu, including wine stock.
