As a Welder, you will be responsible for joining various types of metal objects and structures using electric arc and MIG welding techniques.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Fabricate drilling equipment from blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions

* Monitor the fitting, burning, and welding processes to avoid overheating of parts or warping, shrinking, distortion, or expansion of materials

* Use disc grinders to smooth out, weld, or grind parts prior to welding

* Operate drill presses, power saws, metal lathes, and a variety of welding equipment and hand tools

* Operate safety equipment and use safe work habits while performing your job function

**Requirements:**

* Must be authorized to work in the US

* High school diploma or equivalent

* 2-3 years of experience

* Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently

* Pass a drug screen

* Pass a background check

* Have a good driving record

* Possess a valid driver's license

* Be able and willing to work overtime as required

* Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings
