Baker/Finisher Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Baker/Finisher to join our team at Dunkin' Donuts. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality products according to our operational and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bake muffins and breads to meet customer demand
  • Set up products in the donut case on time to ensure a visually appealing display
  • Manage inventory of received products to prevent stockouts and overstocking
  • Perform donut finisher duties, including filling and frosting of donuts, to ensure a high level of quality and presentation
  • Clean and maintain a safe and clean work environment at the end of each shift
