About the Job:

Crescent Services is seeking a talented and customer-orientated Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing check-ins and check-outs, and responding to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Tasks:
  • Process check-ins and check-outs, and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of hotel information, including room categories, rates, packages, and promotions.
  • Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities and maximize room occupancy.
  • Field guest complaints, conduct research, and negotiate solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
