Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and change filters in fuel systems as required.
  • Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance activities.
  • Perform repairs such as fixing locks and patching walls.
  • Inspect control panels and electrical wiring to detect problems.
  • Install and maintain appliances and equipment.
  • Manage outdoor maintenance tasks including lawn care and waste collection.
