Position Overview:


Our assemblers are tasked with the construction of pre-cut wooden components to create trusses and/or wall panels, along with other structural supports utilized in residential construction.

Assemblers are responsible for transporting designated pre-cut materials to the workspace and arranging them according to truss layouts, adhering to the supervisor's guidance and blueprint specifications.

Key Responsibilities of the Assembler Include:

  • Confirming the dimensions of pre-cut components for accurate assembly
  • Placing metal reinforcement plates over connection points and securing parts at joints using hammers, presses, saws, or pneumatic staple guns
  • Constructing pre-cut wooden components to form trusses and similar supports for wall sections in building projects
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and standards set by the organization
  • Following all quality assurance procedures and standards established by the organization
  • Notifying the supervisor of any missing, defective, or additional materials required
  • Maintaining a clean work environment on a daily basis
  • Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications for the Assembler Role Include:

  • Strong focus on safety
  • Collaborative team player
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
  • Capability to lift 50-75 lbs. consistently
  • Ability to bend, twist, squat, and reach
  • Consistent attendance is essential
