Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver direct nursing care to our residents while overseeing the daily activities of nursing assistants. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those we serve.
Work Schedule:
Shifts available: 7:00am-7:00pm or 7:00pm-7:00am
Rotating schedule: Week 1 = M / T / S / S & Week 2 = W / Th / F
Weekend Commitment:
Every other weekend.
Compensation:
Competitive pay ranging from $32.00 to $36.00 per hour ($30.00 for PRN shifts).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support all quality care functions for our residents.
- Supervise daily activities of nursing assistants.
- Participate in facility inspections conducted by authorized agencies.
- Manage admission, transfer, and discharge processes for residents.
- Document physician orders and transcribe them accurately.
- Maintain thorough and informative nursing notes reflecting care provided and resident responses.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid, unencumbered nursing license.
- CPR/BLS certification required or willingness to obtain during orientation.
