Job Summary

Caviness Beef Packers is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Beef Packing Industry Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing carcasses for further processing, including cutting, trimming, skinning, sorting, and washing. You will also be required to operate various tools and machinery, such as knives, wrap products, scales, grinders, and other hand or power tools.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare carcasses for further processing by cutting, trimming, skinning, sorting, and washing.
  • Operate various tools and machinery, including knives, wrap products, scales, grinders, and other hand or power tools.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Follow all food and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.

  • Ability to work around blood and other strong odors.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motion using your hands/arms/wrist.
