Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy cloud-based solutions that meet customer requirements and ensure seamless deployment and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business challenges and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Author customer-facing content, such as whitepapers, workshops, demos, and proof of concepts, to showcase the value of cloud solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with senior technical stakeholders to ensure customer success and advocate for cloud adoption.
  • Capture and share best practices within the solutions architect community to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, application migration, or software design, preferably in government or regulated environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and cloud-native services.
  • Experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Strong understanding of machine learning and AI ecosystems and experience in designing ML/AI solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead architectural discussions and implement secure cloud solutions in line with government compliance standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience deploying and optimizing Generative AI workloads in production.
  • Large models pretrain/fine-tuning experience, familiar with distributed training.
  • Pre-sales engineering, technical business development, strategic partnerships, or program/product management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations in a matrix environment.
  • Cloud certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect).
