We're seeking a seasoned Senior Workfront Product Manager (Senior Digital Product Manager) to lead our product development efforts and drive business outcomes.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for defining a product vision and strategy aligned with our 3-5 year long-term strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategically balance business and technology priorities to deliver impactful business outcomes.
  • Lead the product development life cycle, from identifying customer needs to defining user experiences, ensuring successful launches, and driving ongoing enhancements.
  • Navigate the intersection of business needs and technological feasibility, ensuring product solutions align with organizational goals.
  • Translate pain points into actionable features within the product ecosystem.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, inspiring teams and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in supporting Workfront within a large enterprise context.
  • Experience in the Asset Management and/or Financial Services Industry is a significant plus.
  • Comfortable discussing technical concepts and collaborating with engineering teams.
  • Thrives on tackling complex challenges and finding innovative solutions.
  • Naturally curious, always seeking new ways to improve processes and drive success.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with business unit partners, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Possesses a passion for impact, shaping how the world approaches successful retirement planning.
  • Can influence senior business leaders on strategic business matters concerning product development.
What We Offer:
