Job Responsibilities

As a Math Instructor, you will be responsible for:

  • Teaching and tutoring students using the Mathnasium Method
  • Working collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction
  • Assessing student learning progress and engagement
  • Becoming proficient with digital educational materials and processes
  • Supporting the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
Qualifications

We are seeking individuals with:

  • A passion for math and working with students
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn and be trained
  • Ability to balance various ongoing tasks
  • Ability to teach effectively through at least Pre-calculus (Calculus I preferred)
  • A minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field (Education, Mathematics, or Math-heavy degree)
  • 3+ years of experience working in a tutoring/teaching role
  • Experience mentoring/training junior team members

All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
