About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Dining Server to join our team at Warm Hearth Village. As a Dining Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our residents and ensuring a warm and welcoming dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet residents upon arrival and serve them in a timely manner
  • Assure the dining room is cleaned and stocked
  • Wash and sanitize dishes and equipment
  • Handle food in a safe and sanitary manner according to local and state guidelines
  • Communicate suggestions from residents to managers

What We Offer:

We provide a competitive starting rate of $12, as well as a robust benefits package, including four weeks of PTO per year for full-time employees and two weeks for part-time employees. We also offer a low-cost HSA plan, free meals for each shift worked, and access to our state-of-the-art fitness center and saltwater pool.

Requirements:

No previous experience in food service is required. We are looking for individuals with excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a desire to work as part of a team. We provide company-paid ServSafe certification and CPR/FA, as well as uniforms and work shoes.
