About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Carrier Department Supervisor to join our team at HomeGoods. As a Key Carrier, you will alternate between performing the role of Coordinator and taking on a leadership role in maintaining all aspects of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Create a positive internal and external customer experience by providing exceptional service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Leadership: Act as Manager on Duty, adhering to company policy and procedure, and ensure that store team members perform tasks and activities in accordance with store plan.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience, and maintain accurate records and reports as required.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with management and Associates, providing progress updates and feedback, and ensuring that all team members are aware of store goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Availability: Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people and tasks.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures, as well as merchandise flow in stores.
