We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our team. This role involves working with various metals and requires expertise in welding techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum materials.
- Engage in metal fabrication processes including cutting, bending, and assembling components.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting pay rate of $20-21/hr with opportunities for increases following the probationary period.
- Standard working hours are 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday.
- Overtime and weekend work may be required, with potential hours up to 55 hours per week.
Qualifications:
- Experience in MIG and TIG welding.
- Ability to work with stainless steel and aluminum.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Must be adaptable and open to training.
