Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Establishing objectives and executing both short-term and long-term strategies aligned with the annual business plan.

Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project leadership and team management.
  • A Professional Engineer (PE) License in Wisconsin or the ability to obtain one (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license and dependable transportation for site visits and meetings.
  • Authorization to work permanently in the country where this position is located.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for professional development and project-related activities.
