We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Team Member to join our team at Omni Glass & Paint. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Picking and Processing Orders: Accurately pick and process customer orders in a timely manner, utilizing packing lists and receipts to ensure accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Scan in and label incoming stock, and put away products and equipment in an organized manner to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Material Handling: Safely load and unload product using forklift and pallet jacks, and repair any damaged a-frames as needed.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Shipping & Receiving Manager to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1 year of manufacturing/production experience preferred.
- Skills: Attention to detail, time management, and ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions.
- Physical Demands: Constantly required to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, and frequently required to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
The work environment at Omni Glass & Paint is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on safety and quality. As a Manufacturing Team Member, you will be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, and will work near moving mechanical parts.
