1. Execute thorough cleaning and disinfection processes by following a comprehensive seven-step cleaning protocol.
2. Uphold infection control standards by practicing universal precautions and ensuring safety measures are in place during all tasks.
3. Organize and maintain cleaning equipment, storage areas, and environmental closets to ensure efficiency and accessibility.
4. Comply with hospital and departmental guidelines and protocols.
5. Identify and communicate any needs for equipment maintenance or repairs within the facility.
6. Embrace the principles of Service First in all interactions.
7. Maintain required competencies as mandated by the hospital.
8. Achieve assigned performance goals.

Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum: Proficient communication skills in standard English, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective job performance.

Experience:
Preferred: A minimum of three years of experience in healthcare housekeeping is desirable.
