Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Service Team Member to join our team at Michaels Stores. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-organized store environment, and supporting sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise recovery and maintenance
  • Support sales initiatives, including promoting products and services to customers
  • Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
  • Participate in shrink and safety programs, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company policies
  • Interact with colleagues in a positive and respectful manner, promoting a team-oriented environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods, move throughout the store, and lift heavy boxes
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and early mornings
