Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct a team of janitors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Ensure that all assigned areas are kept clean and tidy, including but not limited to, picking up trash, emptying garbage containers, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning windows
  • Clean and restock bathrooms, reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate staff
  • Clear walkways, steps, decks, and doorways of snow and ice
  • Maintain a professional attitude toward guests and staff
  • Promote safety by following safe practices and reporting any unsafe conditions or situations
  • Assist guests with any questions or problems they may have, if unable to provide assistance, seek help of supervisor and/or manager
Requirements
  • Passionate about the Bogus Basin Mission
  • Ability to perform tasks in a timely and accurate manner, with or without supervision
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Frequently required to stand, balance, walk, and reach with hands and arms
  • Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch
  • Must occasionally lift, move, and/or support up to 35 lbs
  • Manual dexterity to perform basic janitorial functions such as stocking and cleaning
  • Ability to pass a background check
Working Conditions

Restaurant environment, both indoors and outdoors. May be exposed to inclement weather.
