Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Diesel Mechanic

Jobot is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at an industry-leading manufacturing company. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for providing technical service on vehicles and equipment, including troubleshooting, electrical, and diagnostic work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical service on vehicles and equipment, including troubleshooting, electrical, and diagnostic work.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the repair and diagnosis of a variety of diesel vehicles and equipment.
  • Perform scheduled services on drivetrains.
  • Prepare necessary records pertaining to work performed.
  • Welding and fabrication experience a plus but not required.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of heavy equipment, maintenance, and repair experience.
  • 2+ years minimum work experience as a Medium and/or Heavy Diesel Technician.
  • Positive attitude, motivated with mechanical aptitude.
  • Possess personal hand tools.
  • Must have successfully completed appropriate diesel certificate programs in repairs and service, or equivalent hands-on experience.
