Youth Soccer Coach

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Soccer Coach to join our team at Soccer Shots - Northwest Arkansas. As a Coach, you will be responsible for leading soccer sessions for children aged 2-8, promoting character development, and creating a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
Responsibilities- Conduct soccer sessions for children, including field set-up and take-down
- Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling
- Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers
- Genuine passion for children and sports
- Energetic, engaging, and responsible
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a federal background check and other state-required clearances
- Valid work Visa or authorization to work in the US
- Own or have access to a printer
- Ability to stand, jog, and model children's soccer skills
- Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, or related) preferred
- Saturday availability 8am-12pm preferred
