Program OverviewOur 12-month program is a comprehensive learning experience that includes:
- Advanced clinical training in a specialty area
- Monthly educational sessions
- Preceptorship training with a facility preceptor
- Measurement and evaluation of skills through hands-on simulations
- Mentoring from experienced nurse leaders
- Working collaboratively on an evidence-based practice project
As a resident, you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including the ED, ICU, and PCU, and will be surrounded by a supportive community of nurse educators, experienced nurses, and fellow residents.

RequirementsTo be eligible for this program, you must:
- Be a registered nurse with a current license in the state
- Have a minimum of 90 days of licensure
