- Previous experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or community health center setting is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior work experience as a primary care provider in a similar setting, with a focus on working with diverse patient populations.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and practice management systems.
- Ability to speak multiple languages, with a focus on Spanish or other languages commonly spoken by our patient population.
