We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Radio Frequency Engineer to support our customer's operations in San Diego, CA.

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity to work on various Radio Frequency (RF) and Tactical Data Link (TDL) communication systems. As a Senior RF Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting data analyses, designing, developing, testing, evaluating, and sustaining RF and TDL communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct data analyses, including interpreting and summarizing results
  • Design, develop, test, evaluate, and sustain RF and TDL communication systems
  • Develop technical documentation, such as test plans and reports
  • Apply a full range of disciplines pertinent to communication systems capabilities, including requirements analysis, systems engineering, interface design, logistics, training, reliability and maintainability, human factors, and T&E
  • Leverage principles such as communications theory, modulation systems, engineering design, testing, and system-level communications to complete assigned duties
Requirements:
  • US Citizenship
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • 10 years of professional experience with radio frequency engineering
  • Knowledge of RF devices and/or systems
  • Knowledge of electronic test equipment, such as Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzers, Signal Generators, Oscilloscopes, Amplifiers, and other Radio Frequency components
  • Knowledge of RF Communications systems engineering and/or integration
Education and Certifications:
  • Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as engineering or mathematics
