Clinical Track, Open Rank, Movement Disorders Neurologist

This is a clinical, teaching, and research position in the Department of Neurology. The successful candidate will be a movement disorders neurologist with expertise in Parkinson's disease and related movement disorders. The position involves outpatient clinical practice, teaching of medical students and residents, and participation in clinical trials research. The candidate will also serve on institutional and departmental committees, actively participate in departmental conferences, and contribute to the development of the Healthy Brain Aging Initiative.
Responsibilities:
§ Outpatient clinical practice dedicated to Parkinson's disease and related movement disorders§ Teaching of medical students and residents as assigned§ Participation in industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated clinical trials research according to interest and as opportunities arise§ Serve on institutional and departmental committees, actively participate in departmental conferences, and contribute to the development of the Healthy Brain Aging Initiative
Qualifications:
Doctorate of Medicine
- Fellowship training in Movement Disorders
- Candidate must possess or be eligible to obtain a LA medical license
