About the Role

SIRS is seeking a skilled Music Therapist to join our team. As a board-certified music therapist, you will provide music therapy services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide music therapy sessions at one of our main locations or in the individual's home
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct initial assessments and write weekly and quarterly reports
  • Participate in facilitated group music activities within our facility-based programs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Music Therapy or Music with an emphasis in Music Therapy
  • Basic computer skills
  • Music Therapist - Board Certified (MT-BC) certification
  • Reliable transportation and ability to meet driving insurability and background check requirements
