We are seeking a motivated and experienced Home Manager to join our team at Evergreen Life Services Texas. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our community homes, including managing staff, ensuring the health and welfare of the individuals served, and participating in the selection and placement of new staff.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of direct support experience and some supervisory experience. A college degree is preferred, but a high school diploma or G.E.D is required. The Home Manager will work closely with the Program Supervisor to ensure that all policies, rules, and regulations are followed.
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Evergreen Life Services Texas offers a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
The Home Manager will be responsible for maintaining finances within the assigned budget, processing invoices, and keeping overtime to a minimum. They will also be responsible for overseeing individual(s) served finances and ensuring all policies and procedures are followed in the administration of such.
