BDC Representative

The Clermont Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused BDC Representative to join our team. As a BDC Representative, you will play a critical role in handling internet inquiries and phone leads to generate appointments for our sales departments.

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails to respond to customer inquiries and schedule appointments
• Prospect follow-up calls to gauge customer satisfaction and set appointments for service and sales
• Answer customer internet inquiries by email and phone, and schedule sales appointments
• Contact customers based on current marketing incentives to promote sales and service opportunities
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Knowledge of automotive sales and service processes and procedures
