Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to manage day-to-day on-site construction activities.
  • The successful candidate will coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • A key responsibility will be ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and standards is crucial to the success of the team.
  • Supervising and leading a team of construction workers and subcontractors is also essential.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation and records is vital to ensuring the smooth operation of the project.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of superintendent experience
  • Ground up projects valued at $15m+
  • Strong technology skills
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interface with clients
  • Experience in the trades
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for construction
