- Deliver personal care assistance and companionship to assigned clients.
- Enhance clients' quality of life through engaging activities and meaningful conversations.
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation; provide transportation as needed.
- Adhere to care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the Home Care Manager.
- Complete electronic daily shift reports.
- Follow Sage Eldercare's policies and all relevant laws and regulations.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a Home Care agency.
- Experience working with clients with Dementia.
- Possession of a valid Driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A genuine passion for improving the quality of life for seniors.
