About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Collector to join our team. As a Medical Collector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the overall customer satisfaction and donor confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the suitability of donors for plasma donation
  • Establish rapport with donors to ensure a positive experience
  • Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions
  • Monitor donor and equipment to ensure the health and safety of donors and the quality of the product
  • Setup, operate, and disconnect automated plasmapheresis machines
  • Disconnect and dispose of contaminated disposable equipment
