About the Role

Greco Properties, a leading boutique property management firm, is seeking a highly skilled Leasing Director to join our team. As a Leasing Director, you will be responsible for driving leasing goals and ensuring the success of our luxury apartment properties in the North Loop of Minneapolis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leasing and Sales: Work closely with Property Managers to achieve leasing goals through effective leasing and renewal retention strategies.
  • Lead Generation: Respond to leads, provide tours of apartments and communities, and discuss the advantages of leasing with potential residents.
  • Application and Qualification: Screen rental applications, qualify potential residents, and negotiate rates and terms for leases within budgeted parameters.
  • Pricing and Market Analysis: Propose pricing adjustments based on market trends, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong working relationships with referring partners, including locators, realtors, corporate housing companies, and relocation companies.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with Federal and Local Fair Housing regulations and ordinances, and submit commission reports in a timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend weekly leasing meetings and monthly marketing meetings to stay informed and aligned with company goals.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in sales or sales management, with a strong sales background and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Education: 2-year college degree.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to company standards.
  • Availability: Weekend availability required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: Leasing, marketing, and/or property management experience.
  • Market Knowledge: Knowledge of the Minneapolis real estate market.
