Substation Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Substation Foreman to join our team at Substation Concrete Services Inc. (SCS). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of electrical substations, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

• Lead and manage a team of electrical substation construction and maintenance personnel
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical substation equipment and systems
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures related to substation operations
• Develop and implement plans for substation construction and maintenance projects
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution

• 5+ years of experience in electrical substation construction and maintenance
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Strong knowledge of electrical substation equipment and systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
