Key Responsibilities:
  • Employ the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Deliver skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed medical orders on each assignment.
  • Evaluate signs and symptoms that indicate physiological and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document nursing diagnoses.
  • Provide care for patients with tracheostomies and those dependent on ventilators (training will be provided).

Required Qualifications:
  • Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
  • Up-to-date TB test or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Preferred: One year of professional nursing experience.
