Key Responsibilities:
- Employ the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Deliver skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed medical orders on each assignment.
- Evaluate signs and symptoms that indicate physiological and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document nursing diagnoses.
- Provide care for patients with tracheostomies and those dependent on ventilators (training will be provided).
Required Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
- Up-to-date TB test or Chest X-Ray.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Preferred: One year of professional nursing experience.
