Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly In-Site Bartender to join our team at Fiserv Forum. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to Liquor Regulations: Ensure compliance with state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations regarding serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
  • Bar Setup and Stocking: Set up assigned bars, requisition and stock all necessary supplies, including beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, and condiments.
  • Food and Beverage Preparation: Maintain stock, prepare, cure, and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure product quality.
  • Guest Service: Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner, take and process orders for drinks, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes.
  • Cash Handling and Security: Receive cash from guests, make change, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed. Lock up and store all beverage product, food, equipment items, deposits, and cash drops.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards, keep work areas clean and organized, and arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area.
  • Additional Duties: Wash and sterilize stemware, perform other duties as assigned, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
