About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at the Albamhor Spa, located within the award-winning Fife Arms Hotel in Braemar. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa treatments, including massages, facials, and manicures/pedicures, to our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of spa treatments, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Upsell and promote spa products and services to guests, both internally and externally.
• Work collaboratively with the spa team to maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest spa trends and treatments, ensuring our guests receive the best possible experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and preferences in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment, preferably within a luxury hotel setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
• Knowledge of spa products and treatments, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
