This role involves a range of tasks, including cleaning and dusting surfaces, moving furniture and equipment, and performing seasonal tasks such as snow removal and leaf raking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain buildings and facilities, including floors, walls, and ceilings
  • Operate cleaning equipment and use chemical cleaners safely and effectively
  • Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and management
  • Comply with safety, security, and quality standards
  • Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal, leaf raking, and grass cutting
  • Wash and replace blinds, and clean interior partition glass and windows
  • Empty trash and recyclables, and sweep walks and driveways
  • Service and clean restrooms, and wipe and clean tabletops and chairs

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience
  • 1 year of similar work experience
